Sales Associate Sam Alameddine deserves praise for going the extra mile to make the process of trading in 2 junk cars for a new car a piece of cake. Similar experience with finance. Sales Manager Laura Padilla guided me through a quick and efficient paperwork process and answered all questions. I had been monitoring inventory on websites and preferred AutoNation Chevy West Austin because of availability and low price of base model Trax. Other dealers either didn't have base model or added a bunch of stuff increasing the price.
