My car had scratches and a dent at time of delivery, I was told it was a weekend and they didn't have staff to take care of it and they will schedule buffing the paint and replace the panel that had dent, this was on Saturday 2/8 it's 2/13 and still haven't received any callback. I tried calling and emailing no response back. I was charged $100 for tint than on window sticker. I was hurried while I was checking the price in the sheet I signed and I don't want to start with the $2000 useless add ons on the car. And above all some idiot of an employee got hold of customer numbers and sent out vulgar messages. Not the experience I expected from AutoNation store.
