All went to plan. I had my parameters in mind and some in writing. My salesperson, Jonathan Martinez was very accommodating to my schedule and needs but was also new to the role. His manager, Josh was very supportive and nurturing to Jonathan as he help him form the economics that made the deal work for us. Great teamwork and no hidden tactics.
