Confirmed Service Customer
Hello. We came in for the $15,000 mile service. Check-in was smooth, but check-out took longer than we expected. I was assigned to one agent and had to wait a weak minister when two other representatives were available. It might go faster if instead of assigning customer to specific representative, to just help the next available customer. Also, we didn’t get any diagnostic report and wasn’t told if fluids were topped off and such.
