Confirmed Service Customer
I've been here quite a few times alrwsdy. And this time it was the best experience ever. I got my suv towed in, a rep was assigned. It was Jose Ramero. From my past experience, I was expecting no follow up, no information etc. But Jose called me, notified me about the suv being towed in. He asked me the issues I was having. He then said the estimate time and cost. I received a text notifying me who the tech was that I will be updated. I texted back saying I have extended warranty. I was giving it 10 days for the repairs based on previous experience. But I got text in two days saying they found the issue, parts were ordered and extended warranty covered it. I jumped in joy because this is the first time, I didn't have to call to inquire or argue my case. Come Friday, I got text saying car is ready to be picked up. Total of 4 days. This is mind blowing. Next stage was critical because I always got a cold response when meeting my tech. I arrive at the dealership, got greeted by the sales rep, I informed them Iam heading to service to pick up my car. They smiled and let me pass. I was taken aback with their positive attitudes. I head to the service area and to the tech's office. He had just entered his office, I introduce myself and he smiled and greeted me and knew who I was. He got the paperwork ready, explained everything is detail. I asked questions after questions and he kept answering away positively. I had to tell him that this is the first time my tech rep ever talked to me in such a positive way. I have other brand cars and I get treated well with their respective dealerships. And now Chevy is part of feel good service. Jose have to go get something, while I was in his room, another gentleman came in inquiring if we are being helped, I assumed he was from sales, he said no he was in service and just wanted to make sure I was being helped. This is all new experience to me at autonation west. I had a great experience. So much can change when you bring in new people with positive attitudes. Love it.
