Service department Bradley provided excellent service yesterday. Seeing my doubt of the battery recall, he told me last time the recall was just reprogramming, this time it was actually replacing the battery. He promised 6 to 8 hours. Sure enough, before 4pm, he came to customer lounge and told me my car was ready. I'm very happy.
